I’m reviving my old miromi.com art portfolio website. There’s a ton of old stuff in there, and things I had forgotten I’d worked on.
I’m not sure how to organize this, but the analog website is slowly coming back to life! I also want to start putting my own zines up in a “zine” format… There’s still a lot of material buried in my archives.
And I’m adding a Comics section as well. I keep thinking of all these crazy stories, and I realized it’s super important for me to draw comics again. Ah, when one has the time.
What a wild, crazy trip it’s been! I was hanging out with my homie Mirabelle Jones, and I said, “I always regret not being an artist like you…” and she said something to the effect of does being a “real” artist mean you are exhibiting in a gallery? I mean, am I an artist just by making art as I code and live my life? So I guess I am an artist 🙂
