Another Darkmode session, but this time at a rad Oakland storefront! It was great seeing light projection artists interacting with both the room a the musicians. And musicians know how to dance! I’ll gather more notes, but the vibe is definitely different when it’s a bunch of artists and musicians as the primary audience and participants.
There was way less of a bunch of people staring blankly at the musicians in this case – since the artist were busy reacting to the musicians and making their own work, and vice versa. And the dance floor of a ton of creative people is next level!
